The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for a HR Administrator to join their team of extraordinary people.

You should be adept at problem-solving, providing support, thrive under pressure, and have exceptionally strong administration skills. You will blend impeccable communication with a deep sense of confidentiality, tending to every HR detail with care and precision.
What is required:
If you are skilled in providing continuous assistance to managers and employees in the company with respect to HR Policies and Procedures including employee relations, engagement, recruitment, benefits, legislation, wellness and health and safety programs. Ensure that all employee files and other legislative aspects are beyond reproach, wed love to have you join our team.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Organizational or Industrial Psychology
- Minimum of 1 years experience in the same or similar position (Hospitality experience advantageous)
- Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
- Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
- Familiar with all Human Recourses legislature and amendments
- Familiarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Familiar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)
