Key

• Lead and manage the development and execution of HR transformation projects focused on organizational development, process optimization, and digitalization.

Mission:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, project management, consulting, or a related field.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.

• Proven experience in global roles within international companies.

• Familiarity with HR processes; deeper knowledge of the HR field is a plus.

• Strong ability to define, communicate, and manage project goals, requirements, and expectations.

• A strategic mindset with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and project execution.

• High affinity for IT tools, process automation, and data analytics.

• Strong collaboration skills, with experience leading global projects and working with international teams.

• Customer- and stakeholder-focused, with a keen understanding of their needs.
