Requirements

You will focus on the full spectrum of being a HRBP

You need 5 years plus experience as a HRBP with a degree in HR

You need CCMA experience to deal with ccma cases

Hr Management experience

Manage the recruitment process and onboarding of employees

Oversee employee relations

Compile weekly HR reports

Maintain HR policies and procedures through the company
