We are looking for a Test Analyst who has experience in Manual Testing, API Testing and Performance Testing with Strong SQL Skills. 

Test Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing APIs, performing SQL queries, Testing React web UI’s and conducting performance testing. This role involves both manual and automated testing to ensure the system works seamlessly, providing a high-quality user experience while meeting business requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Outcomes: The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Test Analyst:

• Test Planning & Execution:

1. Create detailed test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
2. Execute manual and automated testing of APIs using Postman Collections and Newman.
3. Verify compliance with industry regulations and business requirements.
4. Conduct integration testing to ensure APIs are properly integrated with backend systems.
5. Validate data handling and interaction between system components.
6. Perform performance testing to ensure the system meets required performance standards.
7. Use appropriate tools and methodologies to conduct performance tests.
8. Utilize strong SQL querying skills to verify test data and results.
9. Ensure accurate data flow and integrity within the system.
10. Experience working with a test management tool to track and report defects.
11. Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
12. Generate clear, concise reports on test outcomes and highlight any risks or issues.
13. Apply knowledge of the financial services industry to ensure compliance and relevance of testing processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education:

1. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent technical qualification.
2. CSM
3. Minimum of 5 years as a Test Analyst.
4. Strong API testing experience using Postman Collections, Newman, Azure Repos and Pipelines, and Git.
5. Strong SQL querying experience.
6. Performance testing experience required.
7. Experience working with a test management tool.
8. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
9. Basic understanding of API testing and working with RESTful services.
