Internal Sales Representative Montague Gardens Storage & Logistics

The Opportunity

If you enjoy talking to customers, helping them choose the right solution, and working in a steady sales environment, this role is for you. You will earn a R15 000 basic salary with OTE of R18 000R20 000, giving you clear earning potential each month. You will work with a storage and logistics business that is growing and offers space to build your skills in Internal Sales, customer support, and daily coordination. You will have the chance to grow your sales ability, improve your customer handling skills, and learn how to manage leads from start to finish. They bring storage units to homes and businesses, help customers pack, and keep items safe in secure warehouses. Their customers include families, small businesses, and people needing short-term or long-term storage. What Youll Be Doing

• Speak with customers who ask for help and guide them to the right storage option.

• Send quotes, follow up on leads, and turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Work with the operations team to book deliveries, collections, and schedules.

• Keep customer details and sales updates accurate in the CRM system.

• Offer extra services when helpful, such as packing or long-term storage options.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years Internal Sales experience with a record of reaching targets.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.

• Ability to use a CRM system, handle quotes, and manage admin tasks.

• Experience working with customers in B2B or B2C settings.
