• Handle daily invoice processing

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Complete PAYE and EMP501 reconciliations

• Prepare and submit VAT returns

• Support with weekly and monthly overtime calculations and payroll processing

• Update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register

• Keep financial records and documentation well-organized and accurate

• Assist the Financial Manager with month-end close and preparation of financial reports

• Provide support with the inventory management system

• Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by management

• Skilled in ERP platforms, accounting systems, and Pastel Payroll

• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions

• Self-driven and quick to grasp new concepts

• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  

Requirements

REQUIRMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting 

• 2-3 years Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
