Hire Resolves client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that values creativity, collaboration, and a passion for excellence.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies and campaigns

• Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities

• Liaise with internal teams to align marketing and sales initiatives

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases

• Create content for digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and websites

• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analysis for management

• Support the sales team with administrative and logistical tasks

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 5 years experience in a similar sales/marketing coordination role

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
