Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Team, with a strong focus on building KPI-driven dashboards and delivering strategic insights using advanced data analytics and AI-powered tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain intuitive, interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Analyze complex datasets from various sources to deliver insights, trends, and forecasts that drive strategic action.
- Leverage AI and machine learning (ML) models to support predictive analytics such as risk forecasting and ROI estimation.
- Conduct scenario modeling and impact assessments to support strategic portfolio planning.
- Continuously improve and maintain scalable data systems and dashboard solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a portfolio or program management setting.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in building KPI frameworks and translating data into business-focused dashboards.
- Knowledge of AI/ML principles such as regression, classification, and clustering.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Machine Learning, AutoML, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience or understanding of digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with project or portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Exposure to Agile work environments.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
