? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the new and used car sales departments.

• Recruit, train, and motivate a top-performing sales team.

• Set and achieve monthly sales goals for volume, profit, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee inventory control, pricing, and merchandising of vehicles.

• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize strategy and performance.

• Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

? Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management (minimum 3 years preferred).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of current market trends and inventory management.

• Ability to mentor, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving / criminal record.

• Proficiency in CRM and DMS systems is a plus.
