<p>A large 4-Star CBD Hotel seeks an experienced night shift Receptionist to join their team: </p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li><p>Ensure a memorable experience for guests, from welcome, check in and check out, room allocation and ensure all billing is done correctly and timeously </p></li><li><p>Check registration cards to ensure guest profiles have been captured correctly. </p></li><li><p>Ensure that check in and checkout procedures are strictly adhered to. </p></li><li><p>Avail oneself at all times to deal with customer queries, problems or complaints. </p></li><li><p>Meet Guests regularly and deal with their inquiries/requirements promptly in a courteous efficient manner. </p></li><li><p>Ensure that Night Audit balances all departments, and that revenue report balances daily </p></li><li><p>To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in front office and public areas and see that the kitchen is properly cleaned at night. </p></li><li><p>Carry out any assignment work promptly as required by the Night Manager within the agreed performance standard. </p></li><li><p>Be familiar with local events taking place in the city and the country at large so that you can become a source of information to both the guest and your subordinates. </p></li><li><p>Be familiar with the employees handbook to ensure that all rules/procedures and company policies are always adhered to. </p></li></ul><p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p><p>1-year Receptionist experience</p><p>Must be able to work night shift (19h00 to 07h00 – 4 days a week)</p><p></p>
