About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced Senior Resident Engineer in Lesotho to join our team. As a key member of our client’s water resources and irrigation sector projects, you will be responsible for providing expert engineering services and leading teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert engineering services for water resources and irrigation sector projects
- Lead and manage teams to achieve project objectives
- Utilize FIDIC standards in project delivery
- Apply prior experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
Requirements
- BSc. / B .Eng. in Civil Engineering or higher from a reputable university
- +20 years experience in water resources and irrigation sector projects
- +10 years experience in managing a team
- Skilled in FIDIC
- Prior working experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Ideally registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA or a Chartered Engineer with ICE
