About the Role:
 
Are you a Registered Nurse passionate about workplace wellness and employee health? SD Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join our team.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical assessments
• Perform health surveillance and screenings (audiometry, spirometry, vision, etc.)
• Provide primary healthcare support within workplace settings
• Monitor chronic conditions and support health promotion initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure legal compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to safety protocols

 
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
• Occupational Health Nursing qualification (essential)
• Audiometry and Spirometry certification (advantageous)
• Knowledge of OHSA, COIDA, and occupational health protocols
• Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills
• Own transport and flexibility to travel to client sites
