About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at R.A.W. GROUP in Cape Town. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Front of house, receiving and assisting customers at reception.
- Receive stock/ deliveries
- Request purchase orders
- Send paperwork to relevant department
- File paperwork
- Arrange installations/ deliveries
- Liaise with rest of the group
- Ordering office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinating courier services- goods to be delivered or collected.
- General admin- filing, emails, assist fellow employees when needed, town trips etc.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license.
- National senior certificate.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Contactable references.
