Key

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Learning Management (ELM).
• Work with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, ELM 9.2, and PeopleTools (8.54 to 8.56) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR, ESS, MSS, and Fluid processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Component Interface to enhance functionality.
• Write and optimize queries using Microsoft SQL to support system performance and data analysis.
• Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and apply agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor`s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of development experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ELM.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and ELM 9.2, including PeopleTools (8.54 to 8.56).
• Proficiency in Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
• Strong functional understanding of HR processes and workflows, including Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Fluid.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
