Provide support to Regional EPC Managers/Project management to anticipate and adequate client requirements related to QA/QC in EPC PV plant project Bolobedu, including: – Elaborate on Quality Management Plan and ITPs procedures and checklists used to inspect the quality of the work executed to ensure meeting client requirements – Experience in compiling full Data packs for PV Plant handover. – Coordinate a team of inspectors – Perform quality visits to ensure the good care of quality records such as inspection records, photo reports, RFI, test reports, certificates, etc, in compliance with standards and clients requirements. – Ability to follow and track several projects regarding Quality management implementation status up to date and planning resources needed to accomplish the milestones – Give advice on trend targets for non-conformities management. – Monitor compliance with quality procedures – Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Protocols when carrying out the activities complying with the defined in the Inspection and Testing Plan – Guarantee the adequate establishment of internal document control and with the client. – Provide Training for the project team regarding quality in projects – Anticipate according to schedule the quality management plans framework and client requirement of project – Be the promoter of REX (Return on experience) methodology. Education and Technical Skills Level: – Degree in engineering. – Proved experience on other Photovoltaic plants – Proficient in MS Office including MS project – English proficiency (mandatory) – Quality in projects knowledge Required Soft Skills: – Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills – Well-organized and reliable – Customer-oriented approach – Good time-management skills – Ability to multi-task – Critical-thinker and problem-solver – Availability to travel
