Branch Manager Cape Town Retail and Wholesale Outdoor Arms. Are you an experienced retail or operations manager with strong people skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with one of South Africas premium outdoor retailers. Patriot is seeking a new Branch Manager (Cape Town) as our current General Manager transitions into a new division within the group. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a premium customer experience for outdoor enthusiasts. Manage retail and wholesale procurement, supplier relationships, and stock flow. Oversee financial performance: profitability, planning, budgeting, and management accounts. Handle full financial function, including monthly reporting and cost analysis. Source and negotiate international shipping quotes. Maintain procurement systems, stock control, and merchandising standards. Lead and motivate the Cape Town team, upholding Patriots culture and values. Execute retail strategies that drive sales, service, and operational excellence. Conduct operational and financial analysis for continuous improvement. Represent Patriot at trade shows and brand events as required. Implementing strategies to increase sales goals and customer service, and operating objectives Successful track record in achieving turnover targets. Performing other tasks as assigned from time to time. Available to travel from time to time and attend trade show events. Requirements: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, write). Minimum five years retail store management experience. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Management Accounting (BCom preferred). Computer literate (POS experience essential). Valid drivers licence and own transport. Reside in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs preferred). What You Can Expect: A market-related salary.
