Foreman bulk, low cost Housing & civil services projects Western Cape including Southern Cape regions We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team on low-cost housing projects with a strong focus on underground services, pipeworks, and civil services. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities on live housing projects. Manage underground services installation, pipework, and associated civil works. Ensure work is carried out to project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors. Oversee health & safety compliance on site. Requirements Proven track record as a Foreman on low-cost housing and civil infrastructure projects. Strong technical knowledge of underground services and pipeworks. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Drivers license and willingness to work across Western Cape and Southern Cape regions.
