RPO Recruitments client, a leading civil construction company in Cape Town is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects with a well-established and reputable contractor. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys, setting out, and levelling for civil construction projects Interpret drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site Perform as-built surveys and maintain accurate survey records Work closely with engineers, site agents, and foremen to ensure alignment with design specifications Monitor and verify levels, alignments, and positions of structures Ensure all survey equipment is properly maintained and calibrated Assist with resolving site discrepancies and technical queries Requirements: National Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or similar qualification Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Surveyor within the construction industry Proven experience on civil infrastructure projects (roads, earthworks, stormwater, pipelines, or structures) Proficiency in survey equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and relevant software (e.g. Civil 3D) Strong understanding of construction drawings and site procedures Valid drivers license Benefits: Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
