About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial & Strategic Manager to lead sales and marketing for a 5★ lodge in Limpopo, with a focus on driving revenue and developing strategies from our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing performance, based solely on the lodge operation, and will be considered for a salary of R45,000 per month, with KPI-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and analyze performance metrics to inform future decisions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximum impact
Requirements
- Experience in luxury lodge / hospitality sales, marketing, or commercial management
- Strong strategic thinking and results-driven approach
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
- Confident with planning and commercial decision-making
Qualifications
