About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our BPO and Telecommunication teams, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience to clients across various industries. If you have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service to clients
- Troubleshoot new or complex issues, escalating when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in the BPO sector)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in customer service with a strong focus on issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (if applicable)
