About the Role
Jai Search Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients while ensuring seamless communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Dutch (written and verbal)
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience in the BPO sector
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
- Experience in customer service with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially when dealing with new or complex issues
