About the Role
We are seeking a sophisticated, guest-focused Duty Manager to join our dynamic leadership team at our prestigious 5-star hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of the guest journey—elevating every touchpoint, anticipating needs, and ensuring each stay becomes a memorable story worth sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between guests, internal departments, and external agents to ensure flawless service delivery
- Guide and support departmental managers on all matters related to guest experience
- Confidently take charge during risk or crisis situations
- Enhance bespoke experiences
- Implement thoughtful recovery plans
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- A Hospitality Management diploma/degree (advantageous)
- Minimum of 3 years’ management experience, ideally in a luxury 5★ hotel
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite & Opera Cloud)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluency in an additional international language (advantageous)
