This is a highly operational role suited to a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-facing environment and leads from the front. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, driving team performance, and ensuring seamless hotel operations across all departments, including Food & Beverage. The role requires a natural leader with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to create memorable guest experiences while upholding the reputation and standards of a respected hospitality brand. Key Responsibilities · Oversee the full daily operation of the boutique hotel · Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across departments · Maintain and uphold exceptional service standards aligned with 5-star expectations · Ensure outstanding guest interaction and personalised service delivery · Manage and support Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations · Monitor financial performance, budgets and operational costs · Drive revenue opportunities and enhance overall guest satisfaction · Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards · Maintain strong communication with senior management within the group Requirements · Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager within a boutique or luxury hotel environment · Hands-on operational management style with strong leadership ability · Exceptional guest relations and communication skills · Solid Food & Beverage knowledge and operational understanding · Strong organisational, financial and problem-solving skills · Ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive working culture · Stable employment history with contactable references · South African citizen or valid work permit · Own reliable transport essential Package · Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 DOE (Live-Out) PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who meet our clients specific requirements.
