This role is suited to a conceptual thinker who can balance high-level campaign development with the disciplined execution of daily lodge collateral. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in how the world perceives these iconic lodges through thoughtful design and sophisticated visual language. THE POSITION OVERVIEW Role: Graphic Designer – Creative & Brand Development Location: Cape Town (Head Office) Property Type: Luxury Safari Lodge Group Remuneration: Competitive & Negotiable (Dependent on Experience) RESPONSIBILITIES Conceptual Design: Develop original, on-brand ideas that elevate the group’s identity and contribute to compelling visual storytelling across all platforms. Collateral Production: Produce high-quality daily assets, including social media content, brochures, digital presentations, advertising, and bespoke lodge collateral. Brand Development: Extend and refine the visual language of the group across both print and digital mediums, maintaining premium standards in layout, typography, and design systems. Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing, reservations, and lodge teams to ensure creative outputs are aligned with global business needs and brand standards. Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail and craft, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the luxury status of the portfolio. REQUIREMENTS Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite with a sophisticated eye for aesthetics and storytelling. Experience: Proven experience in a creative role, preferably within the luxury travel, hospitality, or premium lifestyle sectors. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both “big idea” conceptual thinking and high-quality everyday design delivery (Note: Template-based work will not be accepted). Location: Candidates must be currently based in Cape Town.
