About the Role
A world-class luxury property in Cape Town is seeking a polished, insightful and service-driven Guest Liaison with proven concierge experience to deliver personalised, seamless and unforgettable guest journeys. As a key front-of-house ambassador, this role is pivotal in anticipating guest needs, curating bespoke experiences, and representing the very best of Cape Town hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, intuitive service from pre-arrival to departure
- Curate personalised itineraries and memorable guest experiences
- Provide expert recommendations on Cape Town dining, culture, wine, events & activities
- Manage dining, transport, tours, wellness and special event bookings
- Maintain meticulous guest profiles and administration (Opera)
- Liaise seamlessly with internal teams and premium external suppliers
- Handle guest requests with urgency, professionalism and flair
Requirements
- Proven concierge experience in a 5-star / luxury hospitality environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Deep knowledge of Cape Town’s lifestyle, culture and experiences
- Naturally anticipatory, solutions-oriented and service obsessed
- Confident, warm communicator with international guests
- Impeccably presented, organised and calm under pressure
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
