Requirements · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (guesthouse, lodge, or boutique hotel management). · Strong working knowledge of online booking systems (Apply Below, Agoda, Expedia, etc.). · Experience with RoomRaccoon or similar property management software is highly advantageous. · Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage given the international guest base. · Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for hospitality. · Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently. · A personable, mature individual who values teamwork, efficiency, and genuine guest connection. · Communicate regularly with the property owners, providing operational updates and flagging any issues promptly. · Lead and supervise a small team, ensuring high standards of breakfast service and housekeeping. · Act as the primary point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction. · Stable employment history with contactable references – ASAP – To be discussed – live in – Open to Southern Africa candidates
