About the Role
An experienced HR Business Partner is sought to join our dynamic team at a full-service hotel in Cape Town. As an integral part of our HR department, you will provide generalist HR services and support operational managers to drive exceptional talent acquisition and staff experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage annual performance management process
- Develop and implement wellness calendar/initiatives
- Roll out induction programme for new staff members
- Partner with operational managers to provide HR support and development
Requirements
- SA Citizen
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management
- 3 – 5 years’ HRBP experience
- Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate level
- Proficient on SAGE 300 People
- Excellent communicator
- Understanding of labour legislation
