About the Role
A growing construction company is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their Head Office team in Durbanville Hills, where you will assist with cost estimates, BOQs, and valuations, as well as support subcontractor measurements and payment certificates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with cost estimates
- Preparing Bill of Quotations (BOQs)
- Valuing projects
- Subcontractor measurements and payment certificates
- Cost tracking and reporting
- Supporting senior QS and commercial team
Requirements
- Recently completed BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying
- 2 to 5 years post-graduate working experience with a building contractor
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and basic QS software
