We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key product initiatives. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned to business goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new opportunities. Translate company objectives into clear product goals and measurable outcomes. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales). Act as the primary product advocate and communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to leadership. Partner with executives to ensure alignment and influence strategic product decisions. Product Planning & Execution Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization based on business value and customer needs. Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Review product performance, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvements post-launch. Customer & Market Focus Deeply understand customer needs through interviews, analytics, and usage data. Champion customer empathy, ensuring user experience is central to product design. Work with UX teams to create intuitive, impactful user experiences.
