About the Role

A luxury boutique property collection based in De Waterkant is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager / PA to provide high-level administrative support to all Heads of Departments. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations while handling confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and PA support to all HODs, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
  • Coordinate office operations and ensure efficient communication between departments
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
  • Assist with report preparation, data analysis, and presentations as required by management
  • Manage diary scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Screen and prioritise communications, emails, and phone calls for HODs
  • Support recruitment processes, induction, and HR-related administration
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Executive Assistant, within hospitality or luxury brands
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Professional demeanour and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple HODs simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Executive Assistant
