About the Role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking an Online Administrator to join their team in Cape Town, responsible for ensuring effective operation of the Click & Collect system for online orders. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual with experience in retail environments and basic knowledge of e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote superior customer relations for all Click & Collect users
- Manage customer orders and ensure they are ready for collection before customers visit to collect their goods
- Stay up-to-date with email and system queries, acting accordingly
- Keep accurate records of Click & Collect orders received, picked, packed, and released to customers
- Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times upon picking at stores
- Report any system issues immediately to enhance customer experiences
- Correctly pick and pack parcels to avoid customer discrepancies
- Resolve customer queries in the fastest and most appropriate way possible
- Inform management of any unresolved customer matters
- Maintain regular communication with management, providing up-to-date feedback on online operations
- Implement new operations as required by management
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric minimum
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant retail environment
- Computer literate
- MS Office and Internet browser administration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
- Relevant diploma or certification (if applicable)
