Service / Refrigeration Technician Cape Town (Facilities | Manufacturing/Pharma) Were looking for a qualified, trade-tested Service / Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair critical plant: freeze driers, cooling towers, cold/freezer rooms, ammonia plant, chillers, RO-water and effluent systems. Youll drive preventative & corrective maintenance , complete accurate job cards, participate in cGMP/ISO compliance, and support uptime ( 90% plant availability ) through on-time delivery to internal customers. Requirements Trade-tested refrigeration technician; 35 years refrigeration maintenance (freeze-dry & industrial refrigeration is essential) Solid fault-finding , documentation discipline, MS Office; exposure to GMP/ISO, QMS (CAPAs/Investigations) Willing to do standby/call-outs; strong HSE focus; own reliable transport Nice to have cGMP production environment experience; automation/tablet-based maintenance recording; First Aid/HS Rep/Fire-Fighter training What youll do Execute & record PM/CM, raise ERP requisitions, keep statutory & eQMS records, contribute to cost-savings & problem-solving projects, train contractors on permits/equipment
