About the Role
The successful Regional Procurement Manager will drive strategic sourcing, strengthen procurement governance and controls, manage supplier performance, and deliver cost efficiencies across participating hotels in the Cape Town region. With a basic gross salary of ± R 60 000 per month, this is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to secure best-value suppliers
- Develop and implement procurement governance policies and procedures
- Manage supplier performance, ensuring high levels of quality and service delivery
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across hotels
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Commerce, or a related field
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a basic gross salary of ± R 60 000 per month, with a 6% pension medical aid contribution (50/50 employer/employee split).
