Turnkey365 Villa Marketing & Management company (based on in Camps Bay) is one of the leading villa management and marketing companies within the industry and is currently looking to employ a Reservations Consultant to join their team. Basic Job description: Responding to enquiries received from various booking channels / methods (AirBnB, Apply Below, Agents, Direct Clients, etc) Providing all prospective clients/agents with suitable/available options Management of booking calendar and making sure it is always up to date Processing of all booking documents and invoices as well as any other related booking admin (such as dealing with requests for additional services for e.g. chef, concierge services.) Assisting guest queries or concerns before/during/after their booking Available after hours to see to any urgent enquiries / queries. Weekend work on rotation basis (Weekend work not office bound) On-going liaison with your designated Portfolio Manager and Operations Team Regular villa viewings Establishing and maintaining good relationships with agents, owners and all stake holders Office based Full time position Essential experience, knowledge & skills: Have relevant “online reservations experience” Previous experience in Short Term Holiday Rentals (Villa Rental Industry), Tourism/ Hotel Booking or Hospitality preferable Previous experience working with CRM systems and/ or similar booking software Competencies required: Passion for sales / sales environment Strong organizational skills Strong customer-service orientation Proven understanding of market dynamics Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Socially confident and professional Ability to work independently, swiftly and use initiative Optimistic, self-motivated, self-driven and resilient Ability to work within (sales) team environment Must be extremely competent with PC Remuneration: R19 000 to R22 000 per month (cost to company), negotiable – pending experience NB: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIANCE IN SIMILAR SALES AND RESERVATIONS ENVIROMENT NO APLICANTS CURRENTLY RESIDING OUTSIDE OF THE CAPE TOWN AREA WILL BE CONSIDERED
