Job Description

Join ONOMO Hotels as a Restaurant Supervisor at ONOMO Foreshore! As a Restaurant Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the day-to- day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service, team efficiency, and compliance with ONOMO standards. This role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a passion for hospitality excellence. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. • Train, guide, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain service excellence and adherence to brand standards. • Assist with staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance management. • Provide recommendations and sell dishes and beverages to enhance the guest experience and drive sales. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks, including stock control, cash-up procedures, and reporting. • Monitor financial performance and contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets. • Uphold and promote ONOMO’s values, culture, and operational procedures. Qualifications and Experience • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor , Team Leader , or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices. • Proficiency in Micros POS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of financial controls and administrative duties related to restaurant management. • Knowledge of Health & Safety , Food Hygiene , and Environmental standards. • A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and fostering repeat business.
