Leisure & Corporate Sales Manager – Cape Town Vibrant. Connected. African Hospitality. We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Leisure & or Corporate Sales Managers to join our energetic Cape Town team. This exciting role focuses on growing both leisure and corporate business across our South African portfolio, while identifying new opportunities within our expanding East Africa network . You’ll be part of a brand that celebrates authentic African hospitality , creativity, and connection — and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment where results, relationships, and personality matter. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share across leisure and corporate segments. • Build lasting partnerships with tour operators, travel trade partners, and key corporate accounts. • Identify and convert new business opportunities in local and regional markets. • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms. • Collaborate closely with revenue and marketing teams to optimise visibility and performance. Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales or commercial management , with solid exposure to the leisure or Corporate market . • Deep understanding of the Southern African travel landscape . • Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach and strong commercial instincts. • Confident communicator and negotiator with excellent presentation skills. • Able to manage deadlines and deliver results in a dynamic environment. • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite . • Willingness to travel for business across the region.
