Hospitality Hire is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner for a hotel in Cape Town. This role is designed for a hospitality HR professional who operates as a strategic advisor to leadership , while remaining closely involved in the operational realities of a hotel environment. An HR Manager will report directly into this role. Key Focus Areas Act as a strategic HR partner to the GM and senior leadership Translate business and operational needs into effective HR solutions Lead recruitment strategy, talent planning, and succession initiatives Manage employee relations, compliance, and labour matters Support department heads across all hotel functions Oversee HR reporting, systems, and governance Experience & Requirements Relevant HR qualifications essential Senior HRBP or HR leadership experience in hospitality, within hotels Strong understanding of hotel structures and labour dynamics Advanced IR and compliance capability Strategic mindset with operational credibility
