About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (In-house) to join our team, based full time on-site at our Claremont office. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (In-house) , you’ll do more than fill roles – you’ll help shape teams, influence growth, and ensure we’re always hiring for impact. You’ll thrive in an environment that moves quickly, offers true variety, and values quality over quantity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across various departments and business units
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Craft compelling job adverts that reflect our brand and attract high-quality applicants
- Proactively source and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and targeted outreach
- Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, and facilitate behavioural assessments
- Coordinate and manage candidate interviews, assessments, and floor evaluations
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience from start to finish
- Coach and support hiring managers in structured, competency-based interviewing
- Prepare interview guides and tools to ensure effective and unbiased selection
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment role , either in-house or agency-based
- Hands-on experience using social media , professional networks , and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Skilled in conducting competency-based interviews, screening candidates, and evaluating talent across a range of roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification, e.g. Human Resources or Industrial/Organisational Psychology (advantageous)
