About the Role
As a Signal Management Team Leader at Fidelity Services Group in Cape Town, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical specialists and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proactive approach, you will drive results-oriented solutions to meet diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational costs down by reducing false alarms
- Lean out processes to reduce costs, improve effectiveness, and gain efficiencies
- Measure and flag deviations regarding service levels, performance, and abnormalities affecting the armed response and monitoring operations
- Provide technical support and service to customers to eliminate overactive alarms
- Root cause analysis and resolution
- Lead and direct the efforts of SM techs and Coordinators
- Manage customer complaints, take ownership, and ensure resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within various levels of the matrix organization
- Interpret, articulate, and present data analytics to the operations team
- Complete HR processes for new and terminated staff
- Identify training and development needs among staff members
- Ensure EHS standards are communicated and executed upon
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of signal management systems and processes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
