Job Description

A reputable food production company is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will lead planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance. Lead demand planning, production scheduling, and materials requirement planning to meet production targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and sales to align supply chain operations with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to maintain high performance and engagement. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Proven experience in supply chain management within the food production or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
