Job Title : Regional Office Claims Consultant Location : Tygervalley, Cape Town, WC Employment Type : Full-Time Company Overview Leading South African short-term insurance brokerage focused on tailored solutions and exceptional service. Role Overview The Regional Office Claims Consultant will manage the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while adhering to policy terms and company standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire claims process for personal and commercial insurance policies. Collect and verify relevant claim documentation. Evaluate claims for validity and appropriate settlement amounts. Coordinate with assessors and stakeholders to expedite claims processing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Address inquiries and resolve client issues promptly. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; relevant insurance certifications (e.g., NQF Level 4, RE5) are a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Attention to detail in document and data management. Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and proactive. Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service. Collaborative team player.
