Role Overview The Regional Office Claims Consultant will manage the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while adhering to policy terms and company standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire claims process for personal and commercial insurance policies. Collect and verify relevant claim documentation. Evaluate claims for validity and appropriate settlement amounts. Coordinate with assessors and stakeholders to expedite claims processing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Address inquiries and resolve client issues promptly. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; relevant insurance certifications (e.g., NQF Level 4, RE5) are a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
