Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and organised Relief Spa Receptionist to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This temporary role will provide cover during a maternity leave period, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a refined and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage all spa reception duties

• Handle bookings, appointments, and spa schedules efficiently

• Provide information on spa treatments, products, and facilities

• Ensure the reception and relaxation areas are kept to the highest standard

• Support the spa team in delivering a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality reception role is advantageous

• Spa therapy experience would be beneficial

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanour

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
