Job Summary
Candidate
Requirements:
- Must have previous reservationist experience within the luxury safari lodge industry
- Working experience in managing reservations for a group of properties is preferable
- Must possess a keen understanding of the unique offerings of each lodge within the group
- Will need to be well-versed in the amenities, activities, and personalized services that define each offering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Keen understanding of turnaround times when communicating with guests and agents
- Proficient in the use of ResRequest advantageous
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide timely and professional services to guests
