Position Overview:
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and eager individual to join our client’s team as a SAICA Trainee. This position provides a great opportunity to build practical experience and receive training in different areas of accounting and financial management. It also supports your journey toward becoming a Chartered Accountant through the SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants) program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
2. Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
3. Assist with tax planning and compliance.
4. Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects.
5. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in financial Accounting or related field.
2. Strong academic record.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
8. CTA Level with studies
9. Own vehicle and license required

Additional Requirements:
1. Must be eligible to register as a trainee accountant with SAICA.
2. Willingness to work towards obtaining the CA(SA) designation.
3. Previous accounting or finance experience is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
