Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Provide tailored wealth planning services, with a focus on investments, risk, business, and fiduciary matters. Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through effective relationship-building and proactive management. Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring alignment with their evolving financial needs. Adhere to compliance and mandate requirements. Collaborate across business divisions to enhance client services. Manage practice operations, including revenue and commission oversight, to ensure business efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Matric (CFP designation preferred). Experience: At least 3 years in investment and insurance sectors. Skills: Strong investment and product knowledge Excellent communication and time management Ability to manage a financial practice within a larger business Resourceful, client-focused, and highly proactive Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills and FUA management track record
