Sales Manager | 5-Star Hotel | Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cape Town. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong industry networks and a proven track record in achieving sales growth across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts across MICE, leisure, and corporate segments

• Achieve sales targets through effective account management, networking, and prospecting

• Create and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share

• Conduct site inspections, sales calls, client entertainment, and attend trade shows

• Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure exceptional client experiences

• Prepare reports, forecasts, and market analyses as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 35 years experience in hotel sales with proven success across MICE, leisure, and corporate markets

• Established network of local and international contacts

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexible with working hours and available to travel as required

Package:

• Salary: R40,000 per month, plus performance bonus (Negotiable depending on experience)
