Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our client in the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share for our beverage products.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships while actively seeking out new business opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the beverage industry
- Proven track record of sales success and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed
