Hire Resolve’s client in the Cosmetics Industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the cosmetics industry. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, events, and corporate partnerships industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, vendors, and clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the salon team to create innovative and customized solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors’ activities.
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- +-3 years proven experience as a Sales Representative in the cosmetics/beauty industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and its products
- Valid driver’s license and own car
