Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Senior AI Developer with expertise in Machine Learning to join our clients team.

In this role, you will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other developers to create efficient, scalable, and high-quality AI solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows for machine learning applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI development and machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and familiar with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of statistics and algorithms used in machine learning
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI models
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
