About the Role
A leading national residential property developer and community management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their on-site operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure buildings, facilities, and common areas are in good condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair general building systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.

- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Trade qualification (Electrical / Plumbing / Millwright or similar)
- 35 years experience in property, estate, or facilities maintenance
